ALBAY - Slated this April 13-17, 2015 is Canadian Vision Care and SPECS Foundation’s 5 day Eye Care Mission for the towns of Mayon Volcano, province of Albay where residents of the towns of Polanggui, Daraga, Maanito, and Legazpi are will be visited by the a group of Canadian and Filipino eye doctors to diagnose their optical condition and raise awareness on vision care and general eye health care.
